A bucket-list worthy activity! A must-do for (almost) all levels of adventure seekers. Soar through the air on 3-5 lines that crisscross the Fitzsimmons Creek from Whistler.

Downhill Mountain Biking on Whistler Mountain
Since it’s opening day in 1999, the Whistler Mountain Bike Park has grown in popularity and is, without a doubt, the most famous of it’s kind in the world. Arriving in August? Be prepared to be amazed as the world’s best Mountain Bikers descend on Whistler, fueling the Village with their gravity-defiling energy in the Crankworx Mountain Bike Festival.
Cross Country Mountain Biking
Biking in Whistler is not just those at the bike park. This niche activity is a huge part of everyday life in Whistler. With over 40 KM (24.85 miles) of paved Valley Trails and roughly 200-kilometres of gravel and dirt track, Whistler offers something for the beginner, intermediate and advanced rider in all of us.
No need to bring a bike with you. Demo some of the best equipment on the market with around 20 rentals shops and guided tour groups in the area.

Bear Viewing in Whistler with Whistler Photo Safaris and Whistler Discovery Tours
It’s no secret that Whistler’s most talked about local is furry. No, we’re not talking about the cute little critter that lends itself to being the reason Whistler got its name – the Marmot. The furry local in question, is the Black Bear. The Resort of Whistler is home to about 60 black bears (and a few grizzlies a bit further away from town and the residential areas). Whistler Golf Club: Broad fairways, 6,722 yards
Steps from Whistler Village, this Arnold Palmer designed course boasts spectacular mountain views. The Whistler Golf Club is Whistler’s most played course and a local’s favourite.
Nicklaus North Golf Course: 6,961 yards
Nestled between Whistler’s emerald-coloured Green Lake and the Wetlands of the River of Golden Dreams this Jack Nicklaus designed course will not disappoint.
Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club: 6,635 yards
Golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr let nature speak for itself as he carved this beauty on the flank of Blackcomb Mountain. Filled with granite rock faces, rugged terrain, and elevation changes of more than 400ft. This course will have you sporting a camera as much as the club.
Big Sky Golf & Country Club: Broad Fairways and 7,001 yards
Robert Cupp-designed, this outstanding course is located North of Whistler at the foot of Mount Currie offering breathtaking views of the Pemberton valley.
