If you are making a request for a same day arrival please contact our Welcome Centre as soon as possible.

 

Important Check-In Information:

The Whiski Jack Resorts Welcome Centre is the main office for all property check-ins and is located in Creekside directly across from Rosie’s Restaurant on the east side of Highway #99 at the stoplights. When coming north along the highway, make a right hand turn at the light onto Lake Placid Road, followed by a right hand turn into the first driveway (Sarajevo Dr), and another quick right into Innsbruck Drive.  Our office is located next door to Subway.

Upon arrival at our office, you will be provided with keys to your unit, a parking pass, directions, and any other information you may need to enjoy your stay with us here in Whistler. If you are arriving after hours, please contact our office as soon as possible so we may begin the late check-in procedure. If you have arrived after hours, we request you return to the office the next morning to complete your check-in and pick up any additional keys.
