Who can book with 48 Hour Club?

You will have learned about this program from the company with which you work. Only select organizations are given access to this program so if you’re not sure, reach out to your HR manager. You must provide the association name on booking to be eligible. The offer is only for you, not your friends and family.

I can't stay last minute. Can I still get a deal?

Can I book one night only?

There is a 2 night minimum, 3 night maximum.

What’s the cancellation policy?

All bookings are 100% non refundable, non-transferrable once payment is taken at booking. 

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Due to the last minute nature of these bookings, we are not able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. 

How can I find out more information about the room?

In the search you will book a specific unit. The website will show images of the exact unit including amenities, location and other available rooms. If you have specific questions you may email us at rentals@whiskijackresorts.com.

Do you allow pets?

If you have a certified service pet, we may be able to accommodate a pet. A $500 fine will be charged for unauthorized pets.

Can I request another parking space at the property?

Each unit is assign just one space.

The only properties that might have extra free parking on site are Northstar (additional parking is in spots that are not marked as reserved) and Woodrun (please enquire with the front desk when you arrive).

Village Gate House and Aspens have additional pay parking on site. Tyndall Stone Lodge does not have additional parking on site. The nearest pay parking is  in the next building at Town Plaza. 

Lake Placid does not have additional parking, and a second vehicle must pay for parking in the village only. There is no over night vehicle parking in Creekside.Â
