AUGUST 9, 2021 UPDATE: Canada has opened the border to US Citizens. 

On July 1 the Government of British Columbia announced that they will allow recreational travel within Canada once again.  As of August 9, Americans are now allowed to travel.

We totally understand that you may be concerned about what to expect when you’re travelling again. It will be very different, that’s for sure.  We believe that connecting with friends and family and enjoying nature and our mountains is what makes life worth living.

As we move into the next phases of re-opening, we remain committed to your safety when staying with us. 

Here’s what to expect in Whistler and in our properties.

UPDATE AUGUST 24, 2021: Masks are once again required in shared common spaces. This includes lobbies, hallways, elevators and gyms of our properties.

Online check-in is here to stay. We will continue to offer this convenient and contactless check-in. If you need to talk to us, we are just a phone call or email away. When you arrive you can begin right away to enjoy your holiday.

Our deposit and cancellation policies are flexible. We know that flexibility is what you need when booking you stay. Learn more about our policies here.

When employees need to enter your unit. From time to time our maintenance staff may need to visit your unit to fix something during your stay. All employees will have masks with them and will wear them if you request them to do so. If you are uncomfortable with them entering your unit while you are there, please let us know so we can schedule a time that they may enter. If there is an emergency, please let us know right away.

Pools, hot tubs and common spaces in our properties. Every property location will be different depending on  the building protocol. We are in contact with strata representatives and will share with you the requirements for accessing hot tubs, pools, gyms, and other common areas. Generally, guests are asked to make appointments for 30 minutes at a time. However, if there is no one waiting, you may stay longer. Instruction and operating hours will be posted within our online check-in documents so read them carefully! Some have removed the restrictions entirely.

Cleaning and sanitizing. All rooms are fully cleaned and disinfected after every use.  This includes yet not limited to: tables, chairs, cords, surfaces, doors, door handles, remotes, alarm clocks, light switches, phones, pens, major bathroom surfaces and amenities, drapes, dishes, in-room safes, iron and ironing board.

  • All single-use items, such as Kleenex, toilet paper, amenities including remnants, are discarded.
  • All guestrooms contain individual circuit heating and air-conditioning units.
  • Vacuums are equipped with HEPA filters.
  • all linens are professionally cleaned off-site.
  • All Whiski Jack condos are sanitized AFTER they’re cleaned with a hospital-grade and completely safe sanitizer, Vital Oxyde.
  • Additional cleaning of your unit during your stay may be available upon request. Please ask when you are booking.
