Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Whiski Jack Resorts has been reworking our safety standards so that you feel safe when you’re staying at one of our condos or townhomes. We are following the COVID-19 Guidance to the Hotel Sector set by the BC Government and focusing on the best practices provided by the BC Hotel Association.
Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing in our units will be performed to ensure all frequent touch points are given extra attention. In addition, once the unit is cleaned it is then sanitized using Vital Oxide, a hospital-grade disinfectant that is environmentally friendly and safe for humans, animals and aquatic life. Professional cleaners are used after each stay and all linens are laundered at a commercial-grade laundry facility with high-temperature sanitization.
We follow the recommendations of the BC Government on the allowable time between units. All guests must vacate the unit by 10am daily. This ensure that housekeeping is able to start cleaning after three hours as noted (page 7) in the Hotel Sector Guidance.
Our staff will not access your unit unless there is an emergency. Our in-house team is focusing primarily on critical guest needs. Other requests may be delayed or denied if distancing is not possible. Our teams follow contact-free practices and will leave items outside of your door whenever possible.
Online check-in is required for all properties so that you will have minimal physical contact with our staff. Once you’re checked in, we will follow up with a phone call to ensure that you have everything you need. You can always reach us during business hours.
Hot tubs, pools, gyms, and other common areas within complex buildings may have limited or no access at this time. All private hot tubs are open with the exception of Valhalla units.
