New décor and furnishings bring a modern touch to our ten tasteful suites. Featuring ten one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus loft and two-bedroom condos with fully upgraded kitchens. The lodge is nestled in beautiful Whistler Creekside, with Creekside Gondola steps away. The the outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna are perfect for your après ski gatherings. The lovely courtyard is the perfect space for a family summer BBQ.

Vehicle height for parking is 6’10”. Creekside and Lake Placid Lodge have limited parking. Additional pay parking is available in Whistler Village.

Individual air conditioning is not available at Lake Placid Lodge. Fans are available for your comfort.

Office Hours of Operation:
8am – 9pm, daily.

Security Deposit:
At check-in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card security deposit of $500. The funds will be released after departure, provided there are no damages, items missing, or extra cleaning required.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in any of the properties. A minimum fee of $500 will apply should this policy be violated. Please advise if you are bringing a service dog – there are no additional fees.

Smoking Policy:
All properties are non-smoking. A minimum fee of $500 will apply should this policy be violated.

Northstar Lost Swipe Cards:
Lost swipe cards will result in a $150 charge.

Resort Fee:
Our most sought-after amenities have been bundled into a nominal daily resort fee eliminating multiple individual charges and providing a discount value for services. This Fee (plus applicable taxes) will be charged at the time of booking. These services may include any or all of the following:

  • Unlimited long distance calls within North America
  • Pool and hot tub access
  • Parking for 1 vehicle

Cancellation policy

2024 & 2025 SUMMER, FALL SEASON:
April 14 to November 30, 2024; April 13 to November 30, 2025:

  • Full payment is due 14 days in advance of expected arrival date.
  • Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.
  • You will be charged a non-refundable 10% deposit at booking.

2024 & 2025 WINTER SEASON:
December 1, 2024 to April 12, 2025:

  • Full payment is due 30 days in advance of expected arrival date.
  • Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.
  • You will be charged a non-refundable 10% deposit at booking.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES:
Full payment is due at booking. Booking is 100% non-refundable once payment is taken.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION COURTESY:
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of booking, there are no fees or charges and you will receive a 100% full refund. For more information about our policies, Click Here.

Last Minute Deals and 48-Hour-Club guest bookings are not provided this 24 hour courtesy window due to the last minute nature of these bookings. They are 100% non-refundable at booking.

No refunds are given for guests who do not show up for their stay or if all or any part of reservation is cancelled during their stay. Whiski Jack Resorts encourages all guests to purchase third party cancellation insurance to avoid fees in the event of an emergency.
