Office Hours of Operation:
8am – 8pm, daily.
Security Deposit:
At check-in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card security deposit of $500. The funds will be released after departure, provided there are no damages, items missing, or extra cleaning required.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in any of the properties. A minimum fee of $500 will apply should this policy be violated. Please advise if you are bringing a service dog – there are no additional fees.
Smoking Policy:
All properties are non-smoking. A minimum fee of $500 will apply should this policy be violated.
Northstar Lost Swipe Cards:
Lost swipe cards will result in a $150 charge.
Resort Fee:
Our most sought-after amenities have been bundled into a nominal daily resort fee eliminating multiple individual charges and providing a discount value for services. This Fee (plus applicable taxes) will be charged at the time of booking. These services may include any or all of the following:
- Unlimited long distance calls within North America
- Pool and hot tub access
- Parking for 1 vehicle (or more, depending on the property)
- Premium Cable TV & WiFi

Cancellation policy
SPRING, SUMMER, FALL SEASON:
April 12 to November 30, 2026; April 18 to November 30, 2027
- Full payment is due 14 days in advance of expected arrival date.
- Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.
- You will be charged a non-refundable 10% deposit at booking.
WINTER SEASON:
December 1, 2025 to April 11, 2026; December 1, 2026 to April 17, 2027
- Full payment is due 30 days in advance of expected arrival date.
- Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.
- You will be charged a non-refundable deposit at booking equaling the first night.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES:
Full payment is due at booking. Booking is 100% non-refundable once payment is taken.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION COURTESY:
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of making your booking, there are no fees or charges and you will receive a 100% full refund. For more information about our policies, Click Here.
Last Minute Deals and 48-Hour-Club guest bookings are not provided this 24 hour courtesy window due to the last minute nature of these bookings. They are 100% non-refundable at booking.
No refunds are given for guests who do not show up for their stay or if all or any part of reservation is cancelled during their stay. Whiski Jack Resorts encourages all guests to purchase third party cancellation insurance to avoid fees in the event of an emergency.
All of our properties are privately owned. We do our very best to honour all bookings made but there are unforeseen circumstances where we may need to relocate guests, examples may include, the sale of a home or flood within the property. If for any unforeseen reason, the property you have booked is not available, Whiski Jack reserves the right to relocate you to a similar or upgraded property at no expense to you.
