Sports

Quick Start Pickleball Clinic

Time: 9 – 10:30 a.m – Saturday 18th May – Whistler Racquet Club

If you love racquet sports and want to try something new, pickleball is the answer. Get coaching and learn about the paddle sport which is a cross between badminton, tennis and table tennis.

If you would rather stick to conventional tennis, there’s an intro to tennis the same day at 11 am or an intermediate class on Sunday.

9-4pm – Saturday 18th May & Sunday 19th

Everybody needs to try Stand Up Paddleboarding at least once. Rent a board for special GO Fest rates of $15 and receive some tips to get you started.

Sailing Clinic

10.30- 2 pm – Saturday 18th May & Sunday 19th

Whatever your sailing ability you can benefit from some coaching. Groups will be divided into ability level for the introduction to sailing course.

Arts, Community and Education

If you want to learn a fun new skill with the whole family, GO Fest offers plenty of options. Learn how to fuel your body before and after exercise, build a birdhouse or try your hand at DJing. If your 3-6-year-olds, want to be a bit more adventurous, they can try out snowboarding in the park at Burton Kids Riglet Snowboard Park.

Want to polish your current skills? Attend the digital photography workshop to learn how to operate your camera like a professional. The WFF Adventure Filmmaking Workshop is perfect for those looking into improving their storytelling and film making skills.

Music

Every great festival needs music. You can catch live performances from Said the Whale, Corb Lund, Jesse Roper, Buckman Coe and the Lazy Syrup Orchestra. See set times here!

Getting exciting for June?
