Our flexible 48 hour cancellation policy offers you the freedom to cancel any time, no questions asked. We’ve layered this policy in with our non-refundable offering as well as our regular policy requiring one night deposit at booking to give you options when making your vacation plans.
All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation period which allows you to change your mind to give you peace of mind.
If your trip is affected by either a Resort Closure, Travel Disruptions or Personal Illness due to Covid-19, you may be eligible to receive a full refund, a free date change, or credit towards a future stay with our Worry Free Guarantee. You must notify us within 48 hours of when you know you’re going to cancel. Failure to do so may result in denial refund.
Ski Pass products are covered separately under Epic Coverage which is included free on all pass holders products including the new Whistler Blackcomb Day Pass.
