Flexible Booking & Deposit Policy

Summer & Fall
Offering non-refundable discounted rates or a more flexible 30 cancellation policy to give you options when making your vacation plans.
Winter
Offering non-refundable discounted rates or a more flexible 30 day cancellation policy with a 10% non-refundable deposit to hold your room. All bookings are subject to a 24 hour window allowing you to cancel without penalty from the time of your booking.
Our flexible policies
COVID-19 Travel Disruptions

If your trip is affected by either a Resort Closure or Travel Disruptions due to Covid-19, you may be eligible to receive a full refund, a free date change, or credit towards a future stay with our Worry Free Guarantee. You must notify us within 48 hours of when you know you’re going to cancel.

  • If cancellation occurs due to travel disruptions due to COVID-19, you may be required to submit proof.
  • Resort Closure must be a complete closure of Whistler Blackcomb ski resort due to COVID-19 for the duration of your vacation. Resort closures due to weather or avalanche conditions are not covered under this policy.
  • Travel Disruptions must be in the form of a ‘defer travel’ advisory or a written formal notice that is issued by the Government of Canada advising travellers to avoid all travel or avoid non-essential travel to or within British Columbia.
  • Should you be eligible for a refund, the amount of your refund will be based on payment terms as agreed to upon booking. Some properties may deduct a cancellation fee or deposit from your refund amount. Please see your official confirmation document for these details.

Best Rate Guarantee

We are committed to providing the best service and accommodation options for our guests. We  guarantee the lowest prices on accommodation with Whiski Jack Resorts. If you can find a lower price within 48 hours of booking your reservation, we’ll match it and refund the difference, or cancel your reservation without penalty. 

Terms & Conditions:
  • Rate must be for the exact same property, unit, quality level, number of guests and same currency.
  • Refund and payment policies must be the same.
  • Arrival and departure dates must be the same.
  • Rate must be available to all general consumers, not bulk rates for groups, travel organizations, membership clubs or organizations.
  • Does not apply to rates offered without the specific unit and location being disclosed until the consumer completes the reservation.
