Whistler is famously known for its world-class sports scene, but it’s also the ultimate place to indulge in a bit of self-care. Whistler’s natural scenery, coupled with luxurious spas, makes for the perfect getaway for those wanting to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. As Whistler locals, we’ve pulled together the ultimate guide to self-care in Whistler, including where to go, local tips, and where to stay!
Our Favourite Whistler Spas
Whistler boasts of several luxurious spas, but we have three, in particular, that top the list of our favourite Whistler spas. The Scandinave Spa in Whistler is the most unique spa experience and one of our favourites. The traditional Scandinavian baths are nestled in a beautiful, outdoor, forested setting. The hydrotherapy treatments will rejuvenate your body, while the natural setting will restore your mind. We offer our Whiski Jack guests a 10% off card for Scandinave Spa for walk-in appointments to the baths.
For more traditional spas, we love the Spa at Nita Lake and the Spa at Four Seasons. With both spas, go for treatments, like a massage or facial, and stay for the amenities! Nita Lake Spa in Creekside is within walking distance of our accommodations at Lake Placid Lodge. Nita Lake has a lovely spa with rooftop hot tubs, a luxurious lounge, and a delightful eucalyptus steam room. They also provide traditional spa treatments like massages, facials, nail care and more. The Four Seasons Spa is another one of our favourites and is in Whistler’s Upper Village, near our accommodations at Woodrun Lodge & The Aspens. Book an appointment with the Four Seasons and stay for the luxurious steam room, hot tub, pool, and more!
Tips for Whistler Spas
We have a few tips that will make your Whistler spa experience a bit smoother! With the popularity of Whistler’s spas, we highly recommend booking early to secure your spot at one of these wonderful spas. This will give you peace of mind, knowing your day is locked in and dedicated to you and self-care. One of our favourite tips for those coming to Whistler is to utilize your health care benefits and book an RMT massage. You’ll not only save money on your massage treatment, but you’ll be able to take in all the luxurious amenities for the price of an RMT massage!

Finding a space that feels like a home away from home will give you a sense of peace and relaxation at the end of a day of pampering. We have several accommodations nestled in the beautiful outdoor scenery of Whistler, with stunning views, outdoor pools, and hot tubs. If you want to continue your theme of self-care after a day at the spa, we love The Aspens, Lake Placid, Woodrun Lodge, and Northstar at Stoney Creek for their natural settings and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
