Terms and Conditions for Whiski Jack Resorts Whistler Fall Bliss Giveaway
Eligibility:
1.1. The Whiski Jack Resorts Whistler Fall Bliss Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, who are legal residents of North America.
1.2. Employees, contractors, owners and immediate family members of Whiski Jack Resorts Whistler are not eligible to participate.
1.3. The contest is available for new Whiski Jack Insider subscribers only. Existing subscribers are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period:
2.1. The Giveaway will commence on September 12th and concludes on October 1, 2023, at 11:59pm PST (the “Giveaway Period”).
How to Enter:
3.1. To enter, participants must:
3.1.1. Join the Whiski Jack Mailing List by clicking the provided link in our Instagram bio or via the signup link on our website and shared on our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
3.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Prizes:
4.1. The Giveaway prize includes the following for one winner and one guest:
4.1.1. A 4-night stay in a 2-bedroom property hosted by Whiski Jack Resorts Whistler.
4.1.2. Access for two (2) to Scandinave Spa Whistler.
4.1.3. Admission for two (2) to the Squamish Lillooet Cultural Centre.
4.1.4. Travel dates are restricted to between October 3 and November 30, 2023, and are subject to availability and black out dates.
4.2. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item or service.
4.3. Winners will be solely responsible for all expenses not specifically included in the prize package.
Winner Selection and Notification:
5.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
5.2. The winner will be announced on our social media platforms on October 2 2023, and notified via email within seven (7) days of the Giveaway end date.
5.3. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification, another winner may be selected at Whiski Jack Resorts Whistler’s discretion.

6.1. By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Whiski Jack Resorts Whistler to use their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
